Hereford Youth Wrestling promotes interest in the sport of wrestling among parents and the youth in the Hereford area.
We develop the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty and respect.
Hereford wrestling is also about sweat, determination and a hard to find alloy called guts.

Eligibility: Clinic for ages 5 through 7*
Elementary and Middle School
For Ages 8-14
Age as of November 1, 2009
Practices will be held in the wrestling room at Hereford High School.
Participants must where head gear and wrestling shoes.
Practice begins as follows:
Monday, November 16th, 6:00-8:00 pm Elementary / Middle School
and will be held every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday that school is
in session from 6:00-8:00 PM
Friday, November 20th, 6:00-7:30pm Clinic and will be
held every Tuesday and Friday that school is in session from 6-7:30
Season: Matches will begin early December 2009
and will continue until March 2010
Cost: $85 per person
